Refund & Return Policy - Dobbies

Thank you for shopping at Dobbies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.

  • The product is defective or not working.

  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at dobbies444@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of the product.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. Return Shipping: Since we provide Free Shipping on all orders, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item via Leopards Courier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via EasyPaisa/JazzCash for COD orders).

  • Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in their original packaging.

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
